The need for access to clear and understandable knowledge on how to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate social impact projects according to international standards. Though this knowledge is available, it is often unrelateable, lacking innovation in its presentation and too abstract, focusing more on concepts and theory rather than clarity, ease of understanding and practice. Alumbra is focused on directly addressing that need.

We have identified the various roles within any successful project or initiative and have designed 7 courses that directly relate to each of those roles, including the master course which covers a bit of everything. Since 2023 we have been developing our method through training, interviews and research and will be launching our "Pilot Program" this summer.
